Having completed an International Business & Management degree from Regents University London, Mathew joined C3 Properties with a mission to enhance the development of the business and strengthen the company’s portfolio.
With previous experience in Sales and Private Banking, Mathew utilizes his strong network to source exceptional development and investment opportunities for the company. His in depth knowledge of the property market provides for an acute understanding of where and how to maximise value.

Perry graduated with an LLB degree in Law & Business from the University of Birmingham, and went on to complete a Postgraduate Masters (MSc) in Real Estate at Cass Business School, London.
Prior to C3 Properties, Perry spent three years Project Managing various construction sites, and a further two years working for London-based Property Development companies. His focus and expertise lies within attention to detail from point of purchase to delivery of finished product. Site management comes as second nature, orchestrating all corners of a development project.
